NDTSA   RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

We recognize, for our schools, to be at the forefront of Research and Development is a cutting edge practice and a great means of improvement.

We aim for all our teachers to be ‘reflective’ practitioners so we offer as many opportunities as possible. Many of our NDTSA schools are involved in National and local research opportunities using the Joint Practice Development approiach championed by David Hargreaves.

Here are a few of the current ones:

‘Learning Research Communities’ – a two year project with the London Institute of Education.
